Feel safe with swapping using our Home Exchange Agreement!
We understand and acknowledge that swapping homes is a big deal for everybody. It is our home, our safe space and probably most important place for all of us. Granting access to somebody we do not know can be scary - even though you work for the same company. It requires bravery and faith in the person you are swapping with. The SpaceSwapper Community here at OMD highly resembles this spirit and represents openness, kindness and respectful treatment of everybody and everything! Yet we also want to make it as safe for you as possible.
That is why we partnered with lawyers to create the SpaceSwap Home Exchange Agreement. This agreement can be used as a template for you and your fellow SpaceSwapper to agree on terms and conditions of the swap.
