There are some requirements you need to fullfill in order to embark on your remote working adventure. Read below the neccessary requirements. Please read them carefully so that there is nothing stopping you to start swapping.
Duration of employment
We've set a minimum requirement of six months of employment before employees can take advantage of remote work. This timeframe ensures they're fully integrated into our team and familiar with our processes before making the shift.
Coverage of organisational effort and expenses
While we strive to provide our employees as much opportunities and chances to work remote as possible, the planning and coverage of expenses is in responsibility of you. We are not able to cover any expenses yet with SpaceSwap we want to lower the barriers to a minimum.
Working remote for up to 6 weeks
Employees have the option to participate in remote work for a duration of up to six weeks annually, offering flexibility in balancing work and personal commitments. This policy acknowledges the importance of accommodating individual needs while ensuring that operational requirements are fulfilled. By providing this opportunity, we strive to support our employees in achieving a healthy work-life balance.
Keep working for OMD Germany
In order to work remotely, employees are expected to remain employed with their current employer in their home country. This approach ensures continuity in contractual obligations while allowing individuals to transition smoothly to remote work.
