Phong is an Creative Director at OMD Create in Munich. She shares what she loves most about remote work and her city Munich.

"Since I've been able to work remotely, my everyday life and my work-life balance have been completely turned upside down - in the best possible way. I used to travel a lot due to my role, but mobile working now gives me the chance to discover new cities and cultures, visit my friends in Berlin, set up my laptop in a café in Hamburg or enjoy the sun in Madrid after work... For me, that's freedom on the job.

What do I love most about Munich? Watching surfers ride the waves in the middle of winter, strolling through the beautiful old town and then enjoying the sun in a beer garden or by the Isar - that and much more. How brilliant that mobile working gives us the freedom to incorporate such experiences into our working day in a very relaxed way."
